Substitute Resources definition

Substitute Resources means actions performed to provide for an alternative environmentally sensitive area; or

  • In the event Generator does not intend to provide Substitute Resources, Generator shall enter into an agreement with PJM Interconnection LLC to perform a system impact study and, if indicated by the system impact study, a facilities study, of the proposed retirement or indefinite removal from service of the Facility or applicable Unit in order to determine the PJM transmission additions or upgrades required, if any, to accommodate such retirement or indefinite removal from service.
