Examples of Substitute Resources in a sentence

  • In the event Generator does not intend to provide Substitute Resources, Generator shall enter into an agreement with PJM Interconnection LLC to perform a system impact study and, if indicated by the system impact study, a facilities study, of the proposed retirement or indefinite removal from service of the Facility or applicable Unit in order to determine the PJM transmission additions or upgrades required, if any, to accommodate such retirement or indefinite removal from service.

  • Alternatively, if Generator does intend to provide Substitute Resources, Generator shall (i) commission a study to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed Substitute Resources and (ii) at the request of PJM Interconnection LLC, enter into an agreement with PJM Interconnection LLC to perform any system impact and facilities studies required by PJM Interconnection LLC.
