Store Accounts definition

Store Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.

Store Accounts means Deposit Accounts established for the purpose of receiving receipts from a Store location of a Loan Party.

Store Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to the term “Store Accounts” in the ABL Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.

More Definitions of Store Accounts

Store Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3; provided that the Store Accounts maintained by the Borrowers as of the Closing Date are identified as “Store Accounts” on Schedule 8.10 hereto, and any replacement or additional accounts of the Borrowers.

Store Accounts means each of the deposit accounts of a Borrower that are used solely for receiving store receipts from a retail store location of a Borrower.
