STIP Amendment definition

STIP Amendment means any major change to a project, including addition or deletion, major change to cost, initiation dates, or scope including amending a year into the STIP.
STIP Amendment means a revision to a Regionally Significant project, including addition or deletion, major change to cost, initiation dates, or design concept or scope; as well as a major change to a program fund amount; or the addition of a new Program List that has not yet been vetted through the planning process and discussed with CDOT’s planning partners and stakeholders.
