Examples of Extension Amendment in a sentence
Any Extended Term Loans amended pursuant to any Term Loan Extension Request shall be designated a series (each, a “Term Loan Extension Series”) of Extended Term Loans for all purposes of this Agreement; provided that any Extended Term Loans amended from an Existing Term Loan Tranche may, to the extent provided in the applicable Extension Amendment, be designated as an increase in any previously established Term Loan Extension Series with respect to such Existing Term Loan Tranche.
Such notice shall set forth (i) the terms and conditions of the requested Extension Amendment and (ii) the date on which such Extension Amendment is requested to become effective (which shall not be less than 5 Business Days or more than 60 Business Days after the date of such notice, unless otherwise agreed to by the Administrative Agent).
Except as otherwise set forth in an Extension Offer or in this Section 2.18, there will be no conditions to the effectiveness of an Extension Amendment.
In the event any Incremental Term Loans, Refinancing Term Loans or Extended Term Loans are made, such Incremental Term Loans, Refinancing Term Loans or Extended Term Loans, as applicable, shall be repaid by the Borrower in the amounts and on the dates set forth in the Incremental Amendment, Refinancing Amendment or Extension Amendment with respect thereto and on the applicable Maturity Date thereof.
The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender as to the effectiveness of each Extension Amendment.
