Extension Amendment definition

Extension Amendment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(d).

Extension Amendment shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 2.22(b).

Extension Amendment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(iv).

Examples of Extension Amendment in a sentence

• Any Extended Revolving Credit Commitments amended pursuant to any Revolver Extension Request shall be designated a series (each, a “Revolver Extension Series”) of Extended Revolving Credit Commitments for all purposes of this Agreement; provided that any Extended Revolving Credit Commitments amended from an Existing Revolver Tranche may, to the extent provided in the applicable Extension Amendment, be designated as an increase in any previously established class of Revolving Credit Commitments.

• The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender as to the effectiveness of each Extension Amendment.

• This Amendment shall constitute and be deemed to be an Extension Amendment and Loan Document as defined in the Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Extension Amendment

Extension Amendment means an amendment to this Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower executed by each of (a) the Borrower, (b) the Administrative Agent and (c) each Lender that agrees to provide any Extended Commitments or Extended Loans being incurred pursuant thereto, in accordance with Section 2.17 or Section 2.18.

Extension Amendment as defined in Section 2.25(c).

Extension Amendment means an amendment to this Agreement (which may, at the option of the Administrative Agent and Borrower, be in the form of an amendment and restatement of this Agreement) among the Loan Parties, the applicable extending Lenders, the Administrative Agent and, to the extent required by Section 2.25, the Issuing Bank implementing an Extension in accordance with Section 2.25.
