The “Class” of a Loan (or of a Commitment to make a Loan) refers to whether such Loan is a Revolving Loan of any particular Tranche, a Term A Facility Loan, a New Term Loan of any particular Tranche, or a Term Loan of any particular Tranche of Term Loans created pursuant to an Extension Amendment or a Refinancing Amendment or a Swingline Loan, each of which constitutes a Class.
Except as otherwise set forth in an Extension Offer, there will be no conditions to the effectiveness of an Extension Amendment.
Extended Term Loans shall mature in installments as specified in the applicable Extension Amendment pursuant to which such Extended Term Loans were established, subject, however, to Section 2.13(a).
There is no requirement that any Extension Offer or Extension Amendment (defined as follows) be subject to any “most favored nation” pricing provisions.
