Steam Producing Facilities definition

Steam Producing Facilities means the existing boilers and appurtenant structures and equipment located inside the Boiler House, and all additions, replacements, improvements, substitutions, and increments thereto, but not including the Boiler House, located at the Bayonne Facility and operated for the purpose of producing steam for industrial purposes at the Bayonne Facility.

  • IMTT shall pay to Cogen as rent for the Steam Producing Facilities the amount of the Ten Dollars ($10,00), plus other good and valuable consideration as set forth herein, for the Initial Term hereof, payable in advance, on the date hereof.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.
