State Shared Revenues definition

State Shared Revenues means revenues from any excise taxes, transaction privilege (sales) taxes and income taxes imposed by the State of Arizona or any agency thereof and returned, allocated or apportioned to the City, except the City’s share of any such taxes which by State law, rule or regulation must be expended for other purposes, such as motor vehicle fuel taxes.
State Shared Revenues means sales tax revenue is distributed through a revenue sharing account held by the State Treasury to cities, counties and special districts pursuant to Idaho Code 63-3638 (9).

Gross Operating Revenues shall be reduced by credits or refunds to guests at such Hotel Property.

  • Adjusted Revenue means revenue less Digital Platform Fulfilment Revenue.
