State Review Period definition

State Review Period means the time period specified in the applicable Contract Exhibit during which the State is to complete its review and, as applicable, testing of a Deliverable for approval.
State Review Period means the time period as described in the Deliverables Acceptance Criteria or at the Department’s discretion during which the Department is to complete its review and, as applicable, testing of a Deliverable for approval.―Statement of Work‖ (SOW) is Attachment C in the ITN.―Statement of Need‖ has the meaning given in Attachment C to the ITN. “Subcontractor” means a company to which the Contractor delegates performanceof a portion of the Services, but does not include independent contractors engaged by the Contractor solely in a staff augmentation role.

Examples of State Review Period in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the State cannot use, as a basis for exercising its termination rights under this Section, deficiencies discovered in a repeat State Review Period that could reasonably have been discovered during a prior State Review Period.

  • Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the LHIN. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the LHIN;

  • Defects Notification Period means the period for notifying defects in the Works or a Section (as the case may be) under Sub-Clause 11.1 [Completion of Outstanding Work and Remedying Defects], which extends over 365 days except if otherwise stated in the SCC (with any extension under Sub-Clause 11.3 [Extension of Defects Notification Period]), calculated from the date on which the Works or Section is completed as certified under Sub-Clause 10.1[Taking Over of the Works and Sections].

  • Statement of Objections has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(ii).

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.
