Staff Augmentation definition

Staff Augmentation means Work performed by Contractor Personnel who are employed and paid by the Contractor or a Subcontractor where Buyer may direct the Contractor Personnel’s work and the methods for completing the Work.
Staff Augmentation means a process whereby the City’s existing staff complement is increased for a temporary time to due to capacity or skill shortages that cannot be effectively addressed through alternate means;
Staff Augmentation or “Staff Aug” means the procurement of professional services that cannot be performed by Procuring Entity staff because of a staffing shortage resulting from employee leave, staff position vacancies or staffing budget limitations. These terms do not refer to the procurement of project specific ITPS.
