Standard Access Charges definition

Standard Access Charges means the Charges for Services with characteristics within the Services Envelope determined by ARTC under section 4.14 from time to time;
Standard Access Charges means the access charges for Services within the Services Envelope as determined in accordance with the Access Undertaking;

Examples of Standard Access Charges in a sentence

  • Services with characteristics within the Services Envelope and Standard Access Charges apply to all Segments within a Pricing Zone.

  • ARTC will determine for each year the Standard Access Charges for Coal Access Rights with the characteristics within the Services Envelope for each Pricing Zone set out in section 4.14(c).

  • ARTC will offer the applicable Standard Access Charges described in sub-section (c) above to Applicants seeking Coal Access Rights with Service characteristics within the Services Envelope.

  • The 10 year information provided by ARTC under this section will include information for the calendar year for which Standard Access Charges are determined and information provided for under section 4.20(d).

  • If less than two thirds of those Access Holders give a Dispute Notice within the required time for a Pricing Zone, the Standard Access Charges as notified for that Pricing Zone are final and not subject to arbitration under section 3.15(f).

  • If Access Holders holding two thirds or more of the Contracted Coal KM for all Services within the Services Envelope in the relevant Pricing Zone for the next calendar year give ARTC a Dispute Notice within twenty (20) Business Days of being notified of the Standard Access Charges setting out that they disagree with the Standard Access Charges for that Pricing Zone, then the dispute will be resolved by arbitration under section 3.15(f).

  • Once Standard Access Charges for all Services with characteristics within the Services Envelope are finalised each calendar year in accordance with section 4.18, ARTC will publish Standard Access Charges on its website in the following format: Note: These Charges are exclusive of GST.

  • ARTC will determine for each year the Standard Access Charges for Coal Access Rights with the characteristics within the Services Envelope for each Pricing Zone set out in section 4.15(c).

  • ARTC will offer the applicable Standard Access Charges described in section 4.15(c) above to Applicants seeking Coal Access Rights with Service characteristics within the Services Envelope.

  • Once Standard Access Charges for all Services with characteristics within the Services Envelope are finalised each calendar year in accordance with section 4.20, ARTC will publish Standard Access Charges on its website in the following format: Note: These Charges are exclusive of GST.

Related to Standard Access Charges

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Restricted access area means a designated and secure area within a Licensed Premises in a Retail Marijuana Store where Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product are sold, possessed for sale, and displayed for sale, and where no one under the age of 21 is permitted.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Standard Turnover means the turnover achieved between the date of commencement of your business and the date of the damage, converted to the selected indemnity period.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.

  • Termination Charges shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1(b)(iii).

  • Standard Installation means the installation of drop cable to a customer’s premise where the distance from the point of entry into the building being served is less than 150 feet from the active cable television system plant.

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.

  • Standard Interface means an interface that either is an official standard defined by a recognized standards body, or, in the case of interfaces specified for a particular programming language, one that is widely used among developers working in that language.

  • Standard Amendment Coversheet refers to the form used by the Judicial Council to amend agreements with other parties. Several originally signed, fully executed versions of a Standard Amendment, together with the integrated Contract Documents, shall each represent an Amendment as an individual contract counterpart.

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • Development Charges or “DC” shall mean the amount charged by the Company from the Applicant(s) towards carrying out the developmental works inside or around the Project, including but not limited to the payment of the following:

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy. The Maintenance Adder is calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of PJM Manual 15, and may only include expenses incurred as a result of electric production. Manual Load Dump Action:
