Square Technology definition

Square Technology means any software, schematics, specifications, net lists, microcode, designs, techniques, or other technology or property supplied by Square to Supplier for use in the Design or otherwise incorporated in the Development Deliverables or the Product. For avoidance of doubt, all Intellectual Property Rights in the Square Technology constitute Square Background Intellectual Property Rights.
