Spray application definition

Spray application means, for the purposes of Chapter 51, the dispensing of pesticides in any manner from an aircraft.
Spray application means any method of projecting a jet of vapor or finely divided liquid onto a surface to be coated: whether by compressed air, hydraulic pressure, electrostatic forces, or other methods of generating a spray.
