Sponsorship Costs definition

Sponsorship Costs means two hundred and fifty thousand pound sterling (£250,000.00) (plus VAT) payable on receipt of an invoice which maybe issued by the Authority on the 15th March 2016. The Sponsor should pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt.
Sponsorship Costs means one hundred thousand pound sterling (£100,000.00) (plus VAT) payable on receipt of an invoice which may be issued by the Authority on the 31st October 2016. The Sponsor shall procure that its agency, Talon Outdoor, pay the invoice within 30 days of receipt. For the avoidance of doubt time shall be of the essence for the payment of Sponsorship Costs.
Sponsorship Costs mean the fees as indicated in clause 5 below.

  • Transition Expenses The reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of the Backup Servicer incurred in connection with the transferring the servicing obligations under this Agreement and amending this Agreement to reflect such transfer in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

  • FTE Costs means the product of (a) the number of FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) used by a Party or its Affiliates in directly performing activities assigned to such Party under and in accordance with the Global Development Plan, Commercialization Plan or Medical Affairs Plan, as applicable, and (b) the FTE Rate.
