Examples of Specified Asset in a sentence

  • In the case of a cash sale, the Participant will receive the cash equivalent of the Specified Asset it would otherwise be entitled to receive through an in-kind redemption, less the same Additional Amount required in an in-kind redemption.

  • Redemptions of Shares for a Specified Asset will be subject to compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state laws.

  • The Participant further represents and warrants that, to the extent a Purchase Order or Redemption Order is effected in kind, it will designate only those Participant Designees for the transfer, delivery and/or receipt of the Specified Asset in connection with any creation or redemption order under this Agreement that have undergone CIP and CDD, as applicable.
