Specified Property definition

Specified Property means property for which an election has been made for a special elective benefit.

Specified Property means property that is a computer or industrial machinery and equipment in- cluding pollution control equipment and depreciable replacement parts for that property.

Specified Property means any generation, transformation, transmission or distribution facility of Enel Chile or any Subsidiary, whether at the date of the Indenture owned or thereafter acquired, including any land, buildings, structures or machinery and other fixtures that constitute any such facility, or portion thereof.

Examples of Specified Property in a sentence

• We may take any action that We consider necessary to reduce or avert such loss or damage, in whole or in part, including without limitation the disposition of the Specified Property that is salvageable.

• Actual cash value means the cost of replacing the damaged Specified Property with property of similar kind and quality, less allowance for age, condition and normal life expectancy, if applicable, of the Specified Property.

• Specified property Specified Property means that Insured Property, as described in the Schedule under Coverage B1 (Deterioration of specified property), including its packaging, while at a Situation specified in the Schedule.

Specified Property means Specified Canadian Property, Pellet Project 3 Property and Pellet Project 4 Property.

This term excludes any mineral property, concentrator, smelter or refinery or rod plant of the Company or any Subsidiary that in the good faith opinion of the Company’s board of directors is not materially important to the total business conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

Specified Property means, as of the Closing, each property listed in the column titled “Address of Specified Property Owned by such Xxxxx Oxford Subsidiary” on Schedule 5.3; provided that any property exchanged or substituted for a Specified Property pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the other Note Documentation shall be considered “Specified Property” for all purposes hereunder and thereunder.

Specified Property means that Insured Property described in the Declarations for this Coverage only while at a Location(s) specified on the Declarations Page.

Specified Property means the real property of the Company and the Subsidiaries referred to on Schedule 5.13(f) and the personal property constituting fixtures (as defined in the UCC) that are located thereon, which, as of the Effective Date, are idle or reasonably anticipated to be sold.
