Specific Area of Interest A includes a tract comprised of 33,146 acres located in the Canal Bank area of the Maurepas Swamp Wildlife Management Area as more particularly described in Exhibit “B” to this Agreement;

  • As to Specific Area of Interest A, AP shall exercise its rights in accordance with the attached Schedule 1.

Related to Specific Area of Interest A

  • Area B means the area marked “Area B” outlined in orange on the Plan;

  • Area C means areas of the West Bank outside Areas A and B, which, except for the issues that will be negotiated in the permanent status negotiations, will be gradually transferred to Palestinian jurisdiction in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Affected area means a geographical area, excluding the property of the Development;

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Annexing area means an area that is annexed into a county, city, or town.

  • Lot area means the total horizontal area within the lot lines of a lot.

  • Development Location Point means a single point selected by the Applicant on the proposed Development site that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development. For a Development which consists of Scattered Sites, this means a single point on the site with the most units that is located within 100 feet of a residential building existing or to be constructed as part of the proposed Development.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Three-dimensional reference system means a system as described in Appendix 2 to this annex;

  • designated area means any area which may from time to time be designated by Order in Council under the Continental Shelf Act 1964 as an area within which the rights of the United Kingdom with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources may be exercised;

  • Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil. On sloping sites, only the area down-gradient from the up-slope edge of the distribution media may be included in this calculation.

  • Planning area means a planning area or a development area or a local planning area or a regional development plan area, by whatever name called, or any other area specified as such by the appropriate Government or any competent authority and includes any area designated by the appropriate Government or the competent authority to be a planning area for future planned development, under the law relating to Town and Country Planning for the time being in force and as revised from time to time;

  • Net Rentable Area means with respect to any Project, the floor area of any buildings, structures or improvements available for leasing to tenants (excluding storage lockers and parking spaces), as reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent, the manner of such determination to be consistent for all Projects unless otherwise approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • manoeuvring area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, excluding aprons;

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within a Facility that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ xxxxxxxx, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, in-custody holding, Sheriff areas and other non- public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, and (ii) public areas of a Facility during non-business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours.
