Area of Mutual Interest definition

Area of Mutual Interest or “AMI” shall mean an agreement between or among parties to a farm-out agreement or a joint operating agreement or other agreement by which the parties attempt to describe a geographical area within which they agree to share certain additional leases or other interests acquired by any of them in the future.
Area of Mutual Interest has the meaning set out in the Confidentiality Agreement.
Area of Mutual Interest means the area ** identified ** as Exhibit A.

Area of Mutual Interest. AMI" means the lands outlined on the plat attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Area of Mutual Interest shall have the meaning given to it in Section 16.1.
