SMMEs definition

SMMEs means Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises contemplated in the Schedules to the Small Business Development Act, 1996 (Act No. 102 of 1996);
SMMEs means a separate and distinct business entity, including cooperative enterprises and nongovernmental organizations, managed by one owner or more which, including its branches or subsidiaries, if any, is predominantly carried on in any sector or sub-sector of the economy.
SMMEs means small business, micro business or medium-sized business as defined by the Minister in Government Gazette No.987 of 12 July 2019 or its successor in title, or business, as the context dictates and as defined by section 1 of the Act;

SMMEs means small, micro and medium-sized enterprises within the meaning of the National Small Business Act of 1996 (as amended).
