  • Single Family Shared-Loss Loans means the single family one-to-four residential mortgage loans (whether owned by the Assuming Bank or any Subsidiary) identified on Schedule 4.15A of the Purchase and Assumption Agreement.

  • Single Family is a preface that means that a Mortgage Loan is secured by a Mortgage covering real property improved by a one-, two-, three- or four-family residence.

  • Single-family dwelling means a private residence provided with sleeping and cooking facilities intended for domestic use and in which the occupants live as a single housekeeping unit that is not part of a multiple dwelling;

  • Single Family Shared-Loss Loan means a single family one-to-four owner- occupied residential mortgage loan, excluding Home Equity Loans, that is secured by a mortgage on a one-to four family residence or stock of a cooperative housing association.

  • Lender PMI Loans Mortgage Loans with respect to which the lender rather than the borrower acquired the primary mortgage guaranty insurance and charged the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Single Family Property A one-unit residential property.

  • Second Lien Loans means the “Loans” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, include Incremental Second Lien Loans.

  • New Loans means Loans made by the Failed Bank after the Bid Valuation Date that are not continuations, amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, refinancings, restructurings, or refundings of or for any then existing Loan.

  • or "Loans means and includes without limitation any and all commercial loans and financial accommodations from Lender to Borrower, whether now or hereafter existing, and however evidenced, including without limitation those loans and financial accommodations described herein or described on any exhibit or schedule attached to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Existing Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(a).

  • Group II Loans The Mortgage Loans designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group II Loans.

  • First Lien Loans means the loans made under the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Total Loans at any time, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans of the Lenders outstanding at such time (after converting the outstanding principal amount of any Loans denominated in the Optional Currency into the Dollar Equivalent thereof at such time).

  • Single-family residence means a structure maintained and used as a single dwelling unit. Notwithstanding that a dwelling unit shares one or more walls with another dwelling unit, it is a single family residence if it has direct access to a street or thoroughfare and shares neither heating facilities, hot water equipment, nor any other essential facility or service with another dwelling unit.

  • Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.1(a).

  • Delayed Draw Term Loans has the meaning as set forth in Section 2.5(a).

  • Refinancing Loans means any Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Revolving Loans.

  • Replacement Revolving Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(l).

  • Related Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Restructuring Loss” means the loss on a modified or restructured loan measured by the difference between (a) the principal, Accrued Interest, tax and insurance advances, third party or other fees due on a loan prior to the modification or restructuring, and

  • Term Loans means, collectively, the Tranche A Term Loans and the Tranche B Term Loans.

  • Group I Loans The Mortgage Loans designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Loans.

  • Loan or Loans means, as the context may require, Revolving Loans and/or Swing Line Loans.

  • Buydown Loan A Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgage Interest Rate has been subsidized through a Buydown Fund provided at the time of origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
