Single Family Property definition

Single Family Property. A one-unit residential property.
Single Family Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Parcels of Taxable Property for which a Building Permit was or is expected to be issued for: (i) construction of an SFD Unit, or (ii) construction of a residential structure consisting of two or more Residential Units that share common walls, have separate Assessor’s Parcel numbers assigned to them (except for a duplex unit, which may share an Assessor’s Parcel with another duplex unit), and may be purchased by individual homebuyers (which shall still be the case even if the Residential Units are purchased and subsequently offered for rent by the owners of the Residential Units), including such residential structures that meet the statutory definition of a condominium contained in Civil Code Section 1351.
Single Family Property means a single parcel of real property with a detached single family residence erected thereon, or atwo- to four-family dwelling, or an individual condominium unit in a low-rise or high-rise condominium project, or an individual townhome, or an individual unit in a planned unit development or a de minimis planned unit development located in the District of Columbia or in a state of the United States of America; and such property is not a cooperative, a condotel, manufactured housing, mixed use property or a mobile home.

More Definitions of Single Family Property

Single Family Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit has been issued for purposes of constructing a detached residential unit, or all Parcels of Final Map Property for which a building permit may be issued for construction of a detached residential unit. Such residential unit does not or will not share a common wall with another Unit.
Single Family Property means all property within the boundaries of SSA No. 2 on which single-family homes have been, may be, or are anticipated to be constructed as determined from the Preliminary Plat, or any Final Plat, as applicable.
Single Family Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Single Family Attached Property and Single Family Detached Property.

This definition includes single family properties where a legal home business/occupation exists.
Single Family Property means improved real property containing one to four family residences.
Single Family Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit was issued for construction of an individual residential unit, including Parcels that have a second unit or granny flat constructed in addition to the primary single family detached unit.
