Single Family Property definition

Single Family Property. A one-unit residential property.
Single Family Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Parcels of Taxable Property for which a Building Permit was or is expected to be issued for: (i) construction of an SFD Unit, or (ii) construction of a residential structure consisting of two or more Residential Units that share common walls, have separate Assessor’s Parcel numbers assigned to them (except for a duplex unit, which may share an Assessor’s Parcel with another duplex unit), and may be purchased by individual homebuyers (which shall still be the case even if the Residential Units are purchased and subsequently offered for rent by the owners of the Residential Units), including such residential structures that meet the statutory definition of a condominium contained in Civil Code Section 1351.
Single Family Property means a single parcel of real property with a detached single family residence erected thereon, or a two- to four-family dwelling, or an individual condominium unit in a low-rise or high-rise condominium project, or an individual townhome, or an individual unit in a planned unit development or a de minimis planned unit development located in the District of Columbia or in a state of the United States of America; and such property is not a cooperative, a condotel, manufactured housing, mixed use property or a mobile home.

  • Upon a judicial determination that any such purported sale is void, if the prior Owner of such Single Family Property shall fail to re-occupy or operate such Single Family Property within thirty (30) days of such judicial determination, the City or the Certifying Entity may dispose of such Single Family Property for the benefit of the Owner thereof, in accordance with the terms of this Declaration.

  • Any conveyance of all or any portion of the Single Family Property in contravention of the terms of this Declaration shall be null and void and of no force or effect.

  • If a portion or portions of the Single Family Property are conveyed, all of such covenants, reservations and restrictions shall run to each portion of the property.

  • The City Investment shall be reduced prorata based upon the time the Single Family Property has been actually occupied by a Qualifying Low-Income Purchaser, measured against the required Affordability Period.

  • Each and every contract, deed or other instrument hereafter executed covering or conveying the Single Family Property shall conclusively be held to have been executed, delivered and accepted subject to such covenants, reservations and restrictions, regardless of whether such covenants, reservations and restrictions are set forth in such contract, deed or other instruments.


More Definitions of Single Family Property

Single Family Property means all Parcels of Residential Property, other than Multi-family Residential Property.
Single Family Property means, in any Fiscal Year, all Parcels of Developed Property for which a building permit has been issued for purposes of constructing a detached residential unit, or all Parcels of Final Map Property for which a building permit may be issued for construction of a detached residential unit. Such residential unit does not or will not share a common wall with another Unit.

Single Family Property means improved real property containing one to four family residences.
Single Family Property means buildings containing one dwelling unit located on a single lot that are individually owned, including attached or detached residences (i.e., townhome unit and/or condominium units).
