Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement System definition

Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement System means the hardware, software and processes operated by or on behalf of the Licensee and/or the Northern Ireland Market Operator Licensee for the trading of electricity in the Single Electricity Market and the settlement of financial obligations in respect thereof;
Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement System means the hardware, software and processes, operated by or on behalf of the Licensee (in its capacity as the holder of a licence granted to it under Article 10(1)(d) of the Order) and/or the Republic of Ireland Market Operator Licensee, for the trading and settlement of electricity in the Single Electricity Market.
Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement System means the hardware, software and processes operated by or on behalf of the Licensee and/or the Northern Ireland Market Operator Licensee for the operation of the trading of electricity in the Single Electricity Market and the settlement arrangements described in Condition 3 of financial obligations in respect thereof;

  • The Licensee shall provide to the Commission such information as the Commission may request concerning the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement System or any aspect of its operation.

  • Trading and Settlement Code means the Trading and Settlement Codedeveloped pursuant to Section 9(1)(d) of the Act as from time to time, revised, amended, supplemented or replaced with the approval or at the instance of the Commission;

  • settlement system means any infrastructure whether or not connected to the auction platform that can provide settlement services, which may include clearing, netting, management of collateral, or any other services, which ultimately enable the delivery of allowances on behalf of an auctioneer to a successful bidder or its successor in title, and the payment of the sum due by a successful bidder or its successor in title to an auctioneer, carried out through either of the following:

  • securities settlement system means a securities settlement system (as defined in the CSD Regulation) operated by a central securities depository;

  • Secondary Market Transaction has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5.

  • Retail Settlement Code or “Code” means this code approved by the Board and in effect at the relevant time, which, among other things, establishes a distributor’s obligations and responsibilities associated with financial settlement among retailers and consumers and provides for tracking and facilitating consumer transfers among competitive retailers.

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere. Generation Capacity Resource:

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the transport system that LECs use to exchange outcollect and Carrier Access Billing System “CABS” access messages among each other and other Parties connected to CMDS.

  • Automated data acquisition and handling system or "DAHS" means that component of the continuous emission monitoring system, or other emissions monitoring system approved for use under section 11 of this rule, designed to interpret and convert individual output signals from pollutant concentration monitors, flow monitors, diluent gas monitors, and other component parts of the monitoring system to produce a continuous record of the measured parameters in the measurement units required by section 11 of this rule.

  • Displacement system means a device by which the seat or one of its parts can be displaced and/or rotated, without a fixed intermediate position, to permit easy access of occupants to the space behind the seat concerned;

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • Single tomogram system means a CT x-ray system which obtains x-ray transmission data during a scan to produce a single tomogram.

  • Wastewater treatment system means any equipment, plants,

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed.   • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.

  • Secondary Market refers to a bulletin board platform at wxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx created by Masterworks.

  • Switched Access Detail Usage Data means a category 1101xx record as defined in the EMI iconectiv Practice BR 010-200-010.

  • Public transportation system means all facilities, conveyances and instrumentalities, whether publicly or privately owned, that are used in or for publicly available services for the transportation of persons or cargo.

  • Sewage Treatment Plant means any arrangement of devices and structures used for treating sewage.

  • Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.

  • Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled. Energy Storage Resource:

  • Interconnection Activation Date means the date that the construction of the joint facility Interconnection arrangement has been completed, trunk groups have been established, joint trunk testing is completed and trunks have been mutually accepted by the Parties.

  • Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.

  • Intercountry placement means the arrangement for the care of a child in an adoptive home or foster care placement into or out of the Commonwealth by a licensed child-placing agency, court, or other entity authorized to make such placements in accordance with the laws of the foreign country under which it operates.
