For the avoidance of doubt, there is no Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan or Servicing Shift Loan Combination relating to the Trust and, therefore, all references in this Agreement to “Servicing Shift Mortgage Loan Pooling and Servicing Agreement” shall be disregarded.
