Portfolio Mortgage Loan definition

Portfolio Mortgage Loan means, a Mortgage Loan that is included in the Portfolio.

Portfolio Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan that, as of any given date, the Owner does not intend to effect a Transfer of within the next one hundred eighty (180) days. All such Mortgage Loans shall be identified by the Owner in accordance with the terms of Section 7.03.

Portfolio Mortgage Loan means a Loan which is part of a portfolio of cross-collateralized and/or cross-defaulted mortgage loans.

• The portion of the Base Servicing Fee relating to a Secondary Portfolio Mortgage Loan shall begin to accrue as of the commencement of the Collection Period in which the related Assignment Date occurs but in no event shall such portion accrue on any day on which the portion of the Base Servicing Fee relating to the Primary Portfolio Mortgage Loan in respect of which such Secondary Portfolio Mortgage Loan became a Secondary Portfolio Mortgage Loan also accrues.

• There is no new activity to report at this time.Reported Additional Debt: With respect to the Selig Office Portfolio Mortgage Loan, in accordance with the terms of the related loan agreement, the borrower issued a promissory note to Goldman Sachs Bank USA, dated December 29, 2020, evidencing a $34,100,000 loan that is secured by the related Mortgaged Property and is pari passu with the Selig Office Portfolio Mortgage Loan.Item 1A.

• On and after the Stamford Plaza Portfolio Controlling Pari Passu Companion Loan Securitization Date, the paying agent (if any) under the Non-Trust Pooling and Servicing Agreement relating to the Stamford Plaza Portfolio Mortgage Loan shall be a Non-Trust Paying Agent.

More Definitions of Portfolio Mortgage Loan

Portfolio Mortgage Loan means each Mortgage Loan included in a Mortgage Pool related to a Xxxxxx Mae MBS that is part of the Portfolio.

Price Differential will be calculated in accordance with Section 2.6.

Portfolio Mortgage Loan. As defined in the Preliminary Statement. "AFR/Bank of America Portfolio Pari Passu Loans": Collectively, the AFR/Bank of America Portfolio Mortgage Loan and AFR/Bank of America Portfolio Companion Loans.
