Outside Securitization Trust definition
Outside Securitization Trust. With respect to any Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan, the “issuing entity” (within the meaning of Item 1101(f) of Regulation AB) that holds a related Outside Serviced Companion Loan (or any portion thereof or interest therein) and is created under the related Outside Servicing Agreement.
Examples of Outside Securitization Trust in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista Mortgage Loan, the term “Outside Securitization” shall be deemed to include, for the purposes of clause (x) of the immediately preceding sentence, the Outside Securitization Trust created under the Embassy Suites Lake Buena Vista Future Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
