GreenPoint Servicing Agreement definition

GreenPoint Servicing Agreement. Solely with respect to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans, the Master Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and GreenPoint, as seller and as servicer, and as the same may be amended further from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans.

GreenPoint Servicing Agreement means the Purchase, Warranties and Servicing Agreement, dated as of September 1, 2003, by and between the Seller and GreenPoint, as modified by the GreenPoint Assignment Agreement.

• The Servicer (to the extent provided in the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement) shall deposit the amount of any such loss in the Protected Account within two Business Days of receipt of notification of such loss but not later than the second Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which the moneys so invested are required to be distributed to the Certificateholders.

• The income earned from Permitted Investments made pursuant to this Section 4.01 shall be paid to the Servicer under the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, and the risk of loss of moneys required to be distributed to the Certificateholders resulting from such investments shall be borne by and be the risk of the Servicer.
