GreenPoint Servicing Agreement definition

GreenPoint Servicing Agreement. Solely with respect to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans, the Master Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and GreenPoint, as seller and as servicer, and as the same may be amended further from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans.

GreenPoint Servicing Agreement means the Amended and Restated Master Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2005, between the Seller and GreenPoint (as modified pursuant to the related Assignment Agreement).

GreenPoint Servicing Agreement means the Master Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of August 1, 2003, between the Seller and Greenpoint, as amended by Amendment Number One, dated as of August 1, 2003, between the Seller and Greenpoint (as modified pursuant to the related Assignment Agreement).

• To the extent provided in the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, the Protected Account shall be held in a Designated Depository Institution and segregated on the books of such institution in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of Certificateholders.
