GreenPoint Servicing Agreement definition

GreenPoint Servicing Agreement. Solely with respect to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans, the Master Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of March 1, 2003, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and GreenPoint, as seller and as servicer, and as the same may be amended further from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the GreenPoint Mortgage Loans.

GreenPoint Servicing Agreement means the Amended and Restated Master Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2005, between the Seller and GreenPoint (as modified pursuant to the related Assignment Agreement).

• To the extent provided in the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement, the Protected Account shall be held in a Designated Depository Institution and segregated on the books of such institution in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of Certificateholders.

• For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicer under the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement.

• Subject to the foregoing, the Master Servicer shall continue to make such advances through the date that the Servicer is required to do so under the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement.

• Those Mortgage Loans subject to this Agreement which were purchased by the Seller from GreenPoint pursuant to the GreenPoint Servicing Agreement.
