Servicing Cut-off Date definition

Servicing Cut-off Date. As to each Mortgage Loan purchased on a Closing Date, the last day of the Due Period in which such Closing Date occurs.
Servicing Cut-off Date means the last calendar day of each month after the Closing Date, to and including the last calendar day of the month preceding the month in which the Servicing Transfer Date occurs, and the Servicing Transfer Date.
Servicing Cut-off Date means the day of each calendar month used by the Borrower in order to determine the amount of a Loan Advance which is more particularly described in Schedule 2 hereto.

  • After giving effect to each new Loan Advance (i) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loan Advances made in connection with Receivables shall not exceed the Receivables Borrowing Base then in effect (calculated as of the Servicing Cut-off Date) and (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of Loan Advances made in connection with pledged Servicing Rights and the related Participation Certificates shall not exceed the Servicing Rights Borrowing Base then in effect.

  • After giving effect to each new Transaction, the aggregate outstanding amount of the Purchase Price shall not exceed the sum of (i) the Receivables Asset Base then in effect (calculated as of the Servicing Cut-off Date) and (ii) the Servicing Rights Asset Base then in effect.

  • Note A-1 Master Servicer means the master servicer under the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Interim Servicing Agreement The agreement to be entered into by the Purchaser and the Interim Servicer, providing for the Interim Servicer to service the Mortgage Loans as specified by the Interim Servicing Agreement.
