If a duly completed Renouncement Notice is validly delivered prior to the Renouncement Notice Cut-off Time on the Renouncement Notice Cut-off Date, any rights arising from the Certificates will terminate upon such delivery and the relevant Certificateholder will not be entitled to receive the Settlement Amount payable by the Issuer with respect to the Certificates and the Issuer shall have no further liability with respect to such Settlement Amount.
