Sale Date. Each date on which the Servicer acquires the right, title and interest in and to the Servicing Rights attendant to Mortgage Loans.

Sale Date. On the Sale Date, the Mortgage File related to each Mortgage Loan will be delivered to Custodian; provided, that to the extent that any such documents have not been returned from the applicable public recording office, a true certified copy of the original thereof together with a certification that the original has been delivered for recording in the appropriate public recording office of the jurisdiction in which the Mortgaged Property is located shall be delivered to the Custodian, for the benefit of Purchaser. Sale Date. The sale date of a bond is the first day on which there is a binding contract in writing for the sale or exchange of the bond.
Sale Date. LeapFrog Products will be considered sold on the date of invoice or the date of shipment, whichever is earlier, and, if not sold but otherwise disposed of by lease, give-away, placement on consignment or otherwise on the date of shipment.

(i) With respect to the Initial Receivables, each date from and including the Closing Date to the Effective Date on which such Initial Receivable was sold and/or contributed, assigned, transferred and conveyed by OLS, as receivables seller, to the Depositor pursuant to the terms of the Original Receivables Sale Agreement and (ii) with respect to any Additional Receivables, each date from and including the Effective Date to the Receivables Sale Termination Date on which such Additional Receivable is sold and/or contributed, assigned, transferred and conveyed by HLSS, as receivables seller, to the Depositor pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
