Servicer Fee Reserve definition

Servicer Fee Reserve means, at any time, an amount equal to the product of (i) the Servicer Fee at such time, multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Days Sales Outstanding on such date of calculation, and the denominator of which is 360, multiplied by and (iii) the Aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Receivables on such date of calculation.

Related to Servicer Fee Reserve

  • Servicer Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).

  • Master Servicing Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, 0.25% per annum.

  • Servicing Reserve means, for any Calculation Period, the product (expressed as a percentage) of (a) the Servicing Fee Rate, times (b) a fraction, the numerator of which is the highest Days Sales Outstanding for the most recent 12 Calculation Periods and the denominator of which is 360.
