Series E Distribution Payment Date definition

Series E Distribution Payment Date means, with respect to each Series E Distribution Period, the fifteenth day of January, April, July and October in each year, commencing, on July 15, 2001; provided, however, that if any Series E Distribution Payment Date falls on any day other than a business day, the distribution payment due on such Series E Distribution Payment Date shall be paid on the business day immediately following such Series E Distribution Payment Date.
Series E Distribution Payment Date has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.16(b)(ii)(A).
Series E Distribution Payment Date means each February 15, May 15, August 15 and November 15, commencing May 15, 2018; provided, however, that (i) if any Series E Distribution Payment Date during the Series E Fixed Rate Period would otherwise occur on a day that is not a Business Day, payment of Series E Distributions that would otherwise be payable on such date shall instead occur on the immediately succeeding Business Day as provided for in Section 16.3(a), and (ii) if any Series E Distribution Payment Date during the Series E Floating Rate Period would otherwise occur on a day that is not a Business Day, such Series E Distribution Payment Date shall instead be on the immediately succeeding Business Day.

Examples of Series E Distribution Payment Date in a sentence

  • Each such distribution shall be payable in arrears to the holders of record of the Series E Preferred Units, as they appear on the records of the Partnership at the close of business on a record date which shall be not less than 10 and not more than 60 days prior to the applicable Series E Distribution Payment Date.

  • Such distributions shall be cumulative from the Issue Date (as defined in subsection I below), whether or not in any Series E Distribution Period or Periods such distributions shall be authorized or there shall be funds of the Partnership legally available for the payment of such distributions, and shall be payable quarterly in arrears on the Series E Distribution Payment Dates, commencing on the first Series E Distribution Payment Date after the Series E Issue Date.

  • Series E Distributions, to the extent declared by the General Partner to be paid by the Partnership in accordance with this Section 5.21(b)(ii), shall be paid, in Arrears, on each Series E Distribution Payment Date.
