Series D Investors definition

Series D Investors means the Person(s) set forth under the heading “Series D Investors” in Schedule A, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
Series D Investors means the holders of Series D Preferred Stock party hereto and any additional persons or entities that become parties hereto.
Series D Investors means Sequoia and Yunfeng.

  • If, on or prior to the date of this Agreement, any Shareholder of the Company is granted any privileges and/or rights under any agreements other than the Transaction Documents, the Series B Investors, the Series B+ Investors, the Series C Investors, the Series D Investors, the Series E Investors and the Series F Investors shall automatically be granted the same privileges and/or rights pari passu with such Shareholder of the Company.

  • Series D Investors shall have the right to request the un-redeemed Series D Preferred Shares to be redeemed as soon as possible when the Repurchaser has the funds in the future.

  • In each case, any Sale Shares not purchased by the proposed transferee in accordance with Section 3(d) hereof may not be sold or otherwise disposed of until they are again offered to the Corporation and the Founders, and to the Series D Investors, if appropriate, under the procedures specified herein.

  • If not enough Sale Shares remain to satisfy all properly exercised Series D Oversubscription Rights, then the Unsubscribed Sale Shares shall be sold to and purchased by Series D Investors exercising Series D Oversubscription Rights pro rata.
