Senior Holders definition

Senior Holders means, (i) the Note Holders of Series A until the Secured Obligations in respect of Series A Equipment Notes have been paid in full, (ii) after the Secured Obligations in respect of Series A Equipment Notes have been paid in full, the Note Holders of Series B until the Secured Obligations in respect of Series B Equipment Notes have been paid in full, (iii) after the Secured Obligations in respect of Series B Equipment Notes have been paid in full, the Note Holders of Series C until the Secured Obligations in respect of Series C Equipment Notes have been paid in full and (iv) after the Secured Obligations in respect of Series C Equipment Notes have been paid in full, the Note Holders of Series D until the Secured Obligations in respect of Series D Equipment Notes have been paid in full.
Senior Holders means the holders of record of shares or series of capital stock ranking senior (with respect to liquidation) to the Series A Preferred Stock.
Senior Holders means any Person who is a party to that certain Registration Rights Agreement dated as of June 15, 1998, including any amendment thereto, who is a holder of shares of stock of the Company issued by the Company, and any other Person to whom the Company grants rights regarding the registration of Common Stock which are senior in any respect to the Registrable Securities.

Senior Holders means the holders of the registration rights set forth in the Senior Registration Rights Agreement.
