In these Conditions, Securityholder or Holder means the person in whose name a Security is registered in the Register.
The provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply to any Securities Disposed of (whether or not for consideration) by any Securityholder or Holder and the Company may require as a condition for such a Disposition that the transferee execute an Agreement substantially identical in form to this one, to which all of the Securities of the transferee will be subject, and which transferee agreement will be treated as a part of this Agreement.
If any Security called for redemption is converted, any money deposited with the Trustee or with any Paying Agent or so segregated and held in trust for the redemption of such Security shall (subject to any right of the Securityholder or Holder of any Predecessor Security to receive unpaid accrued interest as provided in the second paragraph of Section 13.03) be paid to the Company upon Company Request or, if then held by the Company, shall be discharged from such trust.
