Senior Credit Facility Agent definition

Senior Credit Facility Agent means the entity acting as administrative agent, collateral agent and/or other representative pursuant to the Senior Credit Facility Documents, for and on behalf of the other Senior Credit Facility Secured Parties and any successor or replacement administrative agent, collateral agent and/or other representative.

Senior Credit Facility Agent means PNC Bank, National Association, and its successors and assigns in its capacity as administrative agent and First Lien Agent pursuant to the First Lien Documents (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) acting for and on behalf of the other First Lien Secured Parties (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) and any successor or replacement agent.

Senior Credit Facility Agent means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, and its successors and assigns in its capacity as administrative and Senior Credit Facility Agent pursuant to the First Lien Documents (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) acting for and on behalf of the other First Lien Secured Parties (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement) and any successor or replacement agent.

• All Cash to be distributed to the MHG Senior Credit Facility Claim Holders shall be distributed initially to the MHG Senior Credit Facility Agent, for distribution by the MHG Senior Credit Facility Agent to the MHG Senior Credit Facility Claim Holders.

• The provisions of this Plan shall not be severable unless such severance is agreed to by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, with the consent of the MPAN Senior Credit Facility Agent.

• The Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, with the consent of the MPAN Senior Credit Facility Agent, may further alter, amend, or modify the Plan pursuant to section 1127 of the Bankruptcy Code.

Senior Credit Facility Agent means Wachovia Bank, National Association in its capacity as administrative agent for certain financial institutions party to the Senior Credit Agreement from time to time.

Senior Credit Facility Agent means, initially, Citibank, N.A., in its capacity as the administrative agent under the Senior Credit Facility, and any other agent or representative of the First-Out Secured Parties then most recently designated in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Senior Credit Facility, together with its successors in such capacity, for purposes of administration of collateral matters with respect to the Senior Credit Facility (and First-Out Hedging Obligations and First-Out Cash Management Obligations constituting First-Out Obligations thereunder).

Senior Credit Facility Agent means Jefferies Finance LLC, and its successors and assigns in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent pursuant to the Senior Credit Facility Documents acting for and on behalf of the other Senior Credit Facility Secured Parties and any successor or replacement administrative agent and/or collateral agent.

Senior Credit Facility Agent means Bank of America, N.A. in its capacity as administrative agent under the Senior Credit Facility Agreement, and any successor or replacement agent and its successors and assigns.
