First Lien Documents means (i) the Credit Agreement Documents, (ii) the Initial Other First Lien Documents and (iii) each other Other First Lien Document.

First Lien Documents means (a) any Credit Facilities evidencing or governing First Lien Obligations, the First Lien Security Documents and each of the other agreements, documents or instruments under any such Credit Facility and (b) any other related documents or instruments executed and delivered pursuant to any First Lien Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any Obligations thereunder.

• In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the First Lien Documents with respect to the priority of the Liens and security interests granted thereunder or the exercise of any rights or remedies by any Collateral Agent with respect to the Shared Collateral, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.

• To the extent any Collateral Agent or any other First Lien Claimholder receives proceeds of such insurance policy and such proceeds are not permitted or required to be returned to any Grantor under the applicable First Lien Documents, such proceeds shall be turned over to the Applicable Collateral Agent for application as provided in Section 2.1 hereof.

• This Agreement, together with the other First Lien Documents and the First Lien Collateral Documents, represents the entire agreement of each of the Grantors and the First Lien Claimholders with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersedes any and all previous agreements and understandings relating to the subject matter hereof and thereof.

More Definitions of First Lien Documents

First Lien Documents means each First Lien Credit Agreement, each First Lien Security Document, each First Lien Guarantee, this Agreement, each other “Loan Document” as defined in each First Lien Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof, respectively, and the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement, in each case, as the same may be amended, supplemented, refinanced, or otherwise modified from time to time, in accordance with terms hereof.

First Lien Documents means (a) the First Lien Credit Agreement and the First Lien Collateral Documents and (b) any other related document or instrument executed and delivered pursuant to any First Lien Document described in clause (a) above evidencing or governing any obligations thereunder, in each case, as Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the terms hereof.

First Lien Documents has the meaning given to such term in the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement.

First Lien Documents means the Initial First Lien Documents and any Additional First Lien Documents.

First Lien Documents means (i) the First Lien Financing Documents, (ii) the First Lien Hedge Agreements governing First Lien Secured Hedging Obligations and (iii) the First Lien Banking Services Agreements, in each case, as Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the terms hereof.

First Lien Documents means and includes the First-Lien Credit Documents and the Hedging Agreements entered into with one or more Hedging Creditors.

First Lien Documents means, collectively, the Note Documents and any additional indenture, credit agreement or other agreement pursuant to which any other First Lien Debt is incurred or secured in accordance with the terms of each applicable Priority Lien Document and the Note Security Documents related thereto (other than any Note Security Documents that do not secure First Lien Obligations).
