First Lien Documents definition

First Lien Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the First Lien Obligations, including, without limitation, this Indenture and the First Lien Security Documents.

First Lien Documents means (i) the Credit Agreement Documents, (ii) the Initial Other First Lien Documents and (iii) each other Other First Lien Document.

First Lien Documents means the credit, guarantee and security documents governing the New First Priority Lien Obligations, including, without limitation, the Indenture and the First Lien Security Documents.

Examples of First Lien Documents in a sentence

• In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the First Lien Documents or the Second Lien Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern and control.

• Additionally, in the event the First Lien Obligations of any Series are modified pursuant to applicable law (including, without limitation, pursuant to Section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code), any reference to such First Lien Obligations or the First Lien Documents governing such First Lien Obligations shall refer to such obligations or such documents as so modified.

• In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any of the other First Lien Security Documents or Additional First Lien Documents, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.

• Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the First Lien Claimholders will be entitled to manage and supervise their respective loans and extensions of credit under their respective First Lien Documents in accordance with law and as they may otherwise, in their sole discretion, deem appropriate.

More Definitions of First Lien Documents

First Lien Documents means (i) the First Lien Financing Documents, (ii) the First Lien Hedge Agreements governing First Lien Secured Hedging Obligations and (iii) the First Lien Banking Services Agreements, in each case, as Refinanced from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and subject to the terms hereof.

First Lien Documents means the Note Documents and any additional indenture, credit agreement or other agreement pursuant to which any other First Lien Debt is incurred and secured in accordance with the terms of each applicable Priority Lien Document and the Security Documents related thereto (other than any Security Documents that do not secure First Lien Obligations).

First Lien Documents means the Initial First Lien Documents and any Additional First Lien Documents.

First Lien Documents means the Note Documents and any additional indenture, credit agreement or other agreement pursuant to which any other First Lien Debt is incurred and secured in accordance with the terms of each applicable Priority Lien Document, and the Security Documents related thereto (other than any Security Documents that do not secure First Lien Obligations).

First Lien Documents means and includes the First-Lien Credit Documents and the Hedging Agreements entered into with one or more Hedging Creditors.
