Semi-Annual Valuation Date definition

Semi-Annual Valuation Date means the first business day of January or July, as the context so requires.
Semi-Annual Valuation Date means each day falling six (6) months after the immediately preceding Annual Valuation Date;
Semi-Annual Valuation Date means, every six months during the term of the Deposit Notes, the date falling on the same calendar day as the Issuance Date for each rolling six month period following the Issuance Date until the six month period preceding the Maturity Date, provided that if such date is not a Trading Day, it shall be postponed until the next Trading Day, and subject to a Market Disruption Event. For greater certainty, there will not be any Semi-Annual Valuation Date on the Maturity Date and no Semi-Annual Payment will be payable on account of the six-month period ending on the Maturity Date.

  • Except as provided otherwise in Sections 4.3 and 4.4, the amount subject to the distribution of a Participant’s Account shall be based on the value of the Participant’s Account as of the Semi-Annual Valuation Date in connection with which the distribution is made.

  • If the Participant designates Severance From Service as the Distribution Event for a Deferral Amount, distribution of the Participant’s Account attributable to such Deferral Amount (including Earnings) shall commence within 30 days of the first Semi-Annual Valuation Date that is at least six months after the occurrence of the Participant’s Severance From Service.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event. See “DESCRIPTION OF THE NOTES – Market Disruption Event” below for further detail.

  • FX Valuation Date means the FX Calculation Date immediately following the respective Valuation Date.

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing October 31, 2001.

  • Interest Valuation Date means each date set out in the table below in the column entitled “Interest Valuation Dates”.

  • Call Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Issuer’s Call Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non- waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Bid Valuation Date means May 10, 2010.

  • MFP Valuation Date means the MFP Settlement Valuation Date;

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Auto-Call Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, each day specified as such in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level, or if any such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index.

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.

  • MCE Valuation Period means, subject to any extension (as described in further detail in the Conditions), the period commencing from and including the moment upon which the Mandatory Call Event occurs and up to the end of the following trading session on the Index Exchange; and

  • Semi-Annual Period means each of: the period beginning on and including January 1 and ending on and including June 30; and the period beginning on and including July 1 and ending on and including December 31.

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.

  • The calculation date means the first date on which the purchasers of ordinary shares of the Company shall not be granted the rights to receive the dividend payment (the first date that the SET posts XD sign).

  • Calculation Date means each day on which the Reference Price is published by the Index Sponsor or the Index Calculation Agent, as the case may be.

  • Average Annual Compensation For the purposes of this Agreement, “Average Annual Compensation” shall be an amount equal to the annual average of the sums of (x) the Executive’s annual Base Salary from the Company plus (y) the amount of Incentive Awards accrued by TNS for the Executive, in each case for the three calendar years that ended immediately before (or, if applicable, coincident with) the Change in Control Date;

  • Rate Calculation Date means the day which is two Rate Calculation Business Days before the due date of the relevant amount under these Conditions;

  • Fixed Rate Calculation Date means, for any Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Subsequent Fixed Rate Period.

  • Determination Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the 15th day of the month of such Distribution Date or, if such 15th day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day.
