Security Incident Notification definition

Security Incident Notification means identification and notification of security incidents that XcellHost SOC team will identify based on the customer’s business requirements, network configuration, and security agent configuration. All events are classified as Severity 1, 2 and 3 level Security Incidents based on security agent event data received by the S- SOC.
Security Incident Notification means a notification of a Security Incident to be given by Recipient to Discloser as required under clause 38 and in accordance with the Security Incident Response.

  • Unless otherwise required by the applicable law, the Security Incident Notification shall be written in plain language, shall be titled “Notice of Data Breach,” and shall present the information described herein under the following headings: “What Happened,” “What Information Was Involved,” “What We Are Doing,” “What You Can Do,” and “For More Information.” Additional information may be provided as a supplement to the notice.

  • The SI shall notify the MTA of any Security Incident in the most expedient time possible and in any event, in all instances, the notice shall be provided within the shorter of (i) twelve (12) hours after the suspicion or discovery of a Security Incident, and (ii) the time requirements set out in applicable MTA policy (each, a "Security Incident Notification").

  • Security Incident means the attempted or successful unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or destruction of information or interference with system operations in an information system.

  • Security Incident(s) means the breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Personal Data Processed by Ironclad.

  • Cybersecurity Incident means an event occurring on or conducted through a computer network that actually or imminently jeopardizes the integrity, confidentiality, or availability of computers, information or communications systems or networks, physical or virtual infrastructure controlled by computers or information systems, or information resident on any of these. Cybersecurity incident includes, but is not limited to, the existence of a vulnerability in an information system, system security procedures, internal controls, or implementation that is subject to exploitation.

  • Data Security Incident means a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, Agreement Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed;

  • Information Security Incident means (i) any actual or suspected incident involving Seller Information System that may involve Buyer’s Sensitive Information, or (ii) any actual or suspected unauthorized access to, use, or disclosure of Buyer’s Sensitive Information.
