Exigent Circumstance definition

Exigent Circumstance means a Covered Person either has a Condition that may seriously jeopardize his or her life, health, or ability to regain maximum function or is undergoing a current course of treatment using a non-Formulary medication. The request for an expedited review should include the following support:
Exigent Circumstance means any event or circumstance that, in the reasonable judgment of Collateral Agent, imminently threatens the ability of Collateral Agent to realize upon all or any material portion of the Collateral, such as, without limitation, fraudulent removal, concealment, or abscondment thereof, destruction or material waste thereof, or failure of Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries after reasonable demand to maintain or reinstate adequate casualty insurance coverage, or which, in the judgment of Collateral Agent, could reasonably be expected to result in a material diminution in value of the Collateral.
Exigent Circumstance means actual or imminent harm to life or safety, public health, third-party owned property, including a Site, or the environment due to or arising from the Project or portion thereof.

Exigent Circumstance has the meaning given it in Section 13.14.
Exigent Circumstance means an event or circumstance that materially and imminently threatens the ability of First Lien Agent to realize upon all or a material portion of the Collateral, such as, without limitation, fraudulent removal, concealment, destruction (other than to the extent covered by insurance), material waste or abscondment thereof.
Exigent Circumstance means any event or circumstance that, in the reasonable judgment of Agent, imminently threatens the ability of Agent to realize upon all or any material portion or material piece of the Collateral, such as, without limitation, fraudulent removal, concealment, or abscondment thereof, destruction or material waste thereof, or failure of any Loan Party after reasonable demand to maintain or reinstate adequate casualty insurance coverage, or which, in the judgment of Agent, could result in a material diminution in value of the Collateral (including, for the avoidance of doubt and without limitation, circumstances where Agent reasonably believes the Loan Parties’ remaining cash and Cash Equivalents are being, or are likely to be, significantly and imminently diminished).
Exigent Circumstance means a distinct and organized event of major sporting, cultural or national significance to be held for not more than 7 days.
Exigent Circumstance means any event or circumstance that, in the reasonable judgment of Agent, imminently threatens the ability of Agent to realize upon all or any material portion of the Collateral, such as, without limitation, fraudulent removal, concealment, or abscondment thereof, destruction or material waste thereof, or failure of Borrower after reasonable demand to maintain or reinstate adequate casualty insurance coverage, or which, in the judgment of Agent, could result in a material diminution in value of the Collateral.
Exigent Circumstance means any condition related to the operation and maintenance of a Generating Asset that may result in imminent danger to public health or safety, including electrical service reliability or adequacy, or to persons in the proximity of a Generating Asset.
Exigent Circumstance shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.5 hereof.
