Examples of Second Level Representatives in a sentence

  • The Parties’ Second Level Representatives shall meet no later than five (5) Working Days after the date of the First Escalation Notice to discuss in good faith the Dispute with a view to resolving the Dispute (“Level Two Negotiations”).

  • Secretary of State If the Dispute has not been resolved through discussion of the Second Level Representatives, within 20 Working Days (or such longer period as the Parties may agree) of such Dispute being referred to such Second Level Representatives then either Second Level Representative may refer such Dispute for determination by the Secretary of State.

  • If they are unable to resolve the dispute within this period the matter shall be referred to the Second Level Representatives of the Parties referred to in Schedule B, who shall endeavour to resolve it within a further 14 days from the date it was referred to them.

  • If either party proposes an amendment to this Contract (other than in respect of the matters dealt with by Clause 8, the Service Facility Operating Constraints Change Procedure or Clause 11), it shall notify the other party of the details of the proposed amendment and the Second Level Representatives of the parties shall meet within eight (8) Working Days of such notification to discuss the proposed amendment with a view to reaching agreement regarding it.

  • Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;

(So for example, in the URL “Xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/homepage.html”, the Domain Name is “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Top Level Domain” means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.).

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Elevated blood lead level means a level of lead in blood that is any of the following:

  • Collateral Representative (i) in respect of the ABL/Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement, the ABL Collateral Representative (as defined therein) and the Term Loan Collateral Representative (as defined therein), (ii) if any Junior Lien Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Senior Priority Representative (as defined therein) and (iii) if any Other Intercreditor Agreement is then in effect, the Person acting as representative for the Collateral Agent and the Secured Parties thereunder for the applicable purpose contemplated by this Agreement and the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.

  • Representative sample means a sample of a universe or whole (e.g., waste pile, lagoon, ground water) which can be expected to exhibit the average properties of the universe or whole.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.

  • Bargaining representative means a labor organization recognized by an employer or certified by the commission as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the employer.

  • Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).

  • First Level Support means any support relating to calls from Customer’s customers, end users or affiliates or general resolution of user errors, network errors, provisioning errors or Internet delays or malfunctions.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • District Level Anti-Ragging Committee means the Committee, headed by the District Magistrate, constituted by the State Government, for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the district.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Sound level means the A-weighted Sound Pressure Level;

  • Industry representative sample means liquor that is placed in the possession of the department for testing, analysis, and sampling by a local industry representative on the premises of the department to educate the local industry representative of the quality and characteristics of the product.

  • Principal representative means a senior official of the United States Government serving in a foreign country who has been designated by the Secretary of State as occupying a position of such importance that the Government should defray the unusual expenses incident to the operation and maintenance of his/her official residence.
