Scrutinized Company List. Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes. Pursuant to section 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, Contractor agrees the Department may immediately terminate this contract for cause if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification or if Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List during the term of the Contract.
Scrutinized Company List. The Department may, at its option, terminate the Contract if the Contractor is found to have: submitted a false certification as provided under section 287.135(5), F.S., been placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, been engaged in business operations in Cuba or Syria, been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or been engaged in a boycott of Israel.
Scrutinized Company List. In executing this ACS, Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created pursuant to sections 215.473, and 215.4725, Florida Statutes, respectively. Pursuant to subsection 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, Contractor agrees the Participating State may immediately terminate this ACS for cause if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification or if Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel, during the term of the ACS.

In executing this Contract, Contractor certifies it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to s. 215.473, F.S. Pursuant to s. 287.135(5), F.S., Contractor agrees the Department may immediately terminate this Contract for cause if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification or if Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List during the term of the Contract.

In accordance with subsection 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, the Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes. In accordance with 287.135, the Department may unilaterally terminate this contract if it determines that the Contractor has submitted a false certification as provided under subsection 287.135 (5), or that it is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List.
Scrutinized Company List. The Vendor and any actively-contracted company is operating in compliance with Sections 287.135(3) and (5) in that the Vendor is not on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List created pursuant to Section 215.473, Florida Statutes, or that it does not have business operations in Cuba or Syria and is not is on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, created pursuant to Section 215.4725, Florida Statutes or participating in a boycott of Israel. The Vendor further acknowledges and agrees that the COALITION may immediately terminate this Contract for cause if the Vendor is found to have submitted a false certification or if the Vendor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel during the Term of this Contract. Further, all the Vendor acknowledges and agrees that the Agreement considered a material breach of this Agreement and the Agreement shall be unilaterally terminated by the Coalition if the Vendor and any actively-contracted company for the Vendor is found to have been placed on the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is engaged in a boycott of Israel.

In executing this Contract, Contractor certifies that it does not have business operations in Cuba or Syria, and it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan list or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector list, created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes. Pursuant to section 287.135(5), Florida Statutes, Contractor agrees the Department may immediately terminate this Contract for cause if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification or if Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan list or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector list during the term of the Contract, or has business operations in Cuba or Syria.

If the Contract exceeds $1,000,000.00 in total, not including renewal years, Vendor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List created pursuant to sections 215.473, F.S. and 215.4725 F.S., respectively. Pursuant to sections 287.135(5), F.S., and 287.135(3), F.S., Vendor agrees the Department may immediately terminate the Contract for cause if the Vendor is found to have submitted a false certification or if Vendor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List, the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List, or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List, or is engaged in a boycott of Israel during the term of the Contract.

In executing this Contract and if the contract exceeds $1,000,000.00 in total not including renewal years, Contractor certifies that it is not listed on either the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel, created pursuant to section 215.473, Florida Statutes, nor is participating in a boycott of Israel. Pursuant to sections 287.135(3) and (5), Florida Statutes, Contractor agrees the Department may immediately terminate this contract for cause if the Contractor is found to have submitted a false certification or if Contractor is placed on the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in Sudan List or the Scrutinized Companies with Activities in the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector List or the Scrutinized Companies that Boycott Israel List or is participating in a boycott of Israel during the term of the Contract.
