Scrub Oak Contract definition

Scrub Oak Contract means a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement satisfactory to Buyer and Scrub Oak, LLC, a Utah limited liability company and affiliate of Seller (“Scrub Oak”) wherein Scrub Oak agrees to sell to Buyer and Buyer agrees to purchase the following real properties, together with all improvements thereon, and all rights, easements and interests appurtenant thereto: High Rise located at 70 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxx; and the Kxxxx Building located at 40 Xxxxx 000 Xxxx, Xxxxx, Xxxx (collectively the “Scrub Oak Properties”).

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
