School Site Acreage Requirements definition

School Site Acreage Requirements means the minimum acreage needed for each School Site for each of the three separate school levels. The School Site Acreage Requirements are set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.

  • Environmental Management System means an environmental management system or plan of management to address all environmental risks and to ensure compliance with all Environmental Laws and licences;

  • Pretreatment requirements means any substantive or procedural requirement related to pretreatment, other than a pretreatment standard, imposed on an industrial user.

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Cell Site means the Communication Provider’s radio base station premises or Third Party CP radio base station premises;

  • Expandable condominium means a condominium to which additional land may be added in accordance with the provisions of the declaration and of this chapter.

  • Storage Injection Requirements means all volumes required by the Seller for injection into underground storage, including cushion gas, and for liquification, including fuel used for injection and in liquification plants, or for such other storage projects that may be developed expressly for the protection of supply to high priority users.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Performance Requirements The ordering entity reserves the right to inspect and verify that all deliveries are in accordance with specifications, both at the point of delivery and at the point of use. For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity. Products inspected at the time of use are subject to refusal and return requirements for issues of quality such as defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship.   • Disposal site means that portion of a land disposal facility that is used for disposal of waste. It consists of disposal units and a buffer zone.

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental report meeting the requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and, if in accordance with customary industry standards a reasonable lender would require it, a Phase II environmental report, each prepared by a licensed third party professional experienced in environmental matters.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

A remediation waste management site is not a facility that is subject to corrective action under § 264.101 of this regulation, but is subject to corrective action requirements if the site is located in such a facility.

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Environmental Compliance Reserve means any reserve which the Agent establishes in its reasonable discretion after prior written notice to the Borrower from time to time for amounts that are reasonably likely to be expended by the Borrower in order for the Borrower and its operations and property (a) to comply with any notice from a Governmental Authority asserting material non-compliance with Environmental Laws, or (b) to correct any such material non-compliance identified in a report delivered to the Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 7.7.
