Monitoring well means a water well intended for the purpose of determining groundwater quality or quantity.
Monitoring well. – means a well installed to measure some property of the groundwater or aquifer it penetrates, and does not produce more than 25,000 gallons of groundwater per year.
Monitoring well means any well constructed for the primary purpose of obtaining information about the physical, chemical, radiological, or biological characteristics of groundwater or other liquids, or for the observation or measurement of groundwater levels. Monitoring well means a well constructed with a surface seal and a sand filter pack in order to provide for the collection of representative groundwater samples for laboratory analyses.
