Scheduled Capital Expenditures definition

Scheduled Capital Expenditures means those capital expenditures included on Schedule 1.1(97).

Scheduled Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures of the Borrower and its Restricted Subsidiaries permitted for any Fiscal Year pursuant to Section 6.14.

Scheduled Capital Expenditures means those capital expenditures identified in Section 1.1(b) of the Disclosure Letter.
