Sanchez Energy means Sanchez Energy and any affiliates, agents, assigns, directors, employees, officers, parents, partners, representatives, subsidiaries, or any other person acting or purporting to act on its behalf.
Sanchez Energy means Sanchez Energy Corporation, a Delaware corporation, or for purposes of Section 4.3, any issuer of SN Common Stock.
