San Antonio Lease definition

San Antonio Lease means that certain Office Space Lease Agreement, dated as of April 25, 2008, by and between the San Antonio Landlord, as landlord, and NDEx Holdings, as tenant, pursuant to which NDEx Holdings leases the San Antonio Leased Premises.
San Antonio Lease means that certain Office Lease Agreement dated December 6, 2010 by and between Wurzbach/N.W. Military Road Partners, Ltd. and Seller, for that certain real property located at 00000 X.X. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx (the “San Antonio Property”).
San Antonio Lease shall have the meaning given to such term in Recital A hereto.

More Definitions of San Antonio Lease

San Antonio Lease means the Office Lease Agreement, dated December 2, 2004, by and between BlackBrush Energy, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and Concord Park Commons, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership.
San Antonio Lease means that certain Office Lease Agreement dated December 6, 2010 by and between Wurzbach/N.W. Military Road Partners, Ltd. and Seller, for that certain real property located at 11503 N.W. Military Highway, San Antonio, Texas (the “San Antonio Property”).

Related to San Antonio Lease

  • Operating Lease of a Person means any lease of Property (other than a Capitalized Lease) by such Person as lessee which has an original term (including any required renewals and any renewals effective at the option of the lessor) of one year or more.

  • Ground Lease means a lease creating a leasehold estate in real property where the fee owner as the ground lessor conveys for a term or terms of years its entire interest in the land and buildings and other improvements, if any, comprising the premises demised under such lease to the ground lessee (who may, in certain circumstances, own the building and improvements on the land), subject to the reversionary interest of the ground lessor as fee owner. With respect to any Mortgage Loan where the Mortgage Loan is secured by a Ground Leasehold estate in whole or in part, and the related Mortgage does not also encumber the related lessor’s fee interest in such Mortgaged Property, based upon the terms of the Ground Lease and any estoppel or other agreement received from the ground lessor in favor of Mortgage Loan Seller, its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Ground Lease and Related Documents”), Mortgage Loan Seller represents and warrants that:

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Space Lease The space or occupancy lease pursuant to which any Borrower holds a leasehold interest in the related Mortgaged Property, together with any estoppels or other agreements executed and delivered by the lessor in favor of the lender under the related Mortgage Loan(s).

  • Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.

  • mineral lease means the mineral lease referred to in clause 8(1)(a) hereof and includes any renewal thereof;

  • Sublease Agreement shall have the meaning specified in Section 8.2(b).
