Sample Working Capital Statement definition

Sample Working Capital Statement means the statement attached hereto as Exhibit B setting forth a sample calculation of Closing Working Capital.

Sample Working Capital Statement means the illustrative calculation of Working Capital attached hereto as Exhibit A.

Sample Working Capital Statement means the statement attached hereto as Schedule 2.04 setting forth for illustrative purposes the calculation of Closing Working Capital as though the Closing Date were September 30, 2016, prepared in accordance with the Working Capital Protocols.
