Sale and Allocation Agreement definition

Sale and Allocation Agreement means the Sale and Allocation Agreement dated as of January 1, 2000, among the Servicer, the Indenture Trustee and the Issuer and the Seller as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
