Rules for Eligibility means the eligibility criteria set out on the Application Portal by the SATC which the Provider must meet to be eligible to participate in the Campaign. SATC means the South Australian Tourism Commission (ABN 80 485 623 691), a body corporate pursuant to the South Australian Tourism Commission Act 1993 (SA) of Level 9, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx/Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx 0000.

Rules for Eligibility means the eligibility criteria set out on the Application Portal by the SATC which Tour Operators must meet to be eligible to participate in the Campaign. SATC means the South Australian Tourism Commission (ABN 80 485 623 691), a body corporate pursuant to the South Australian Tourism Commission Xxx 0000 (SA) of Xxxxx 0, 000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx/Xxxxxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx 0000. Term means the term of this Agreement as set out in clause 2. Tour Operator means the party named in the Application and approved and registered by the SATC on the Campaign Portal Travel Period means the period between 17 September 2021 and 28 November 2021 inclusive. Unique Identifier(s) means the unique identifying code issued to a consumer in the form of a Great State Experiences Voucher and used by the consumer in accessing a discount on hosted tours and experiences via a Campaign Offer.

The NTPS employee (the child’s other parent) has over five years of continuous service and takes two weeks paid partner leave when the baby is born. When the child is six weeks old the employee’s spouse returns to her non-NTPS job and the NTPS employee takes longer partner leave to take over care of the couple’s child. NTPS employee would be paid for 12 weeks of the longer partner leave after providing evidence showing that their spouse had ceased to be primary caregiver. This payment covers the period from the seventh to the eighteenth week following the birth of the child.

  • Public employees retirement system means the retirement plan and program

  • Nomination Criteria means the criteria made up of the Over-Riding Nomination Criteria andthe Specific Nomination Factors, and is also referred to as “this Criteria”.

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.
