Basin means a groundwater basin or subbasin identified and defined in Bulletin 118 or as modified pursuant to Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 10722).

Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;
sugar means the organic compound glucose, fructose, xylose, arabinose, lactose, sucrose, starch, cellulose, or hemicellulose.

Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II. Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.
Petroleum refinery means each facility engaged in producing gasoline, kerosene, distillate fuel oils, residual fuel oils, lubricants, or other products through distillation of petroleum or through redistillation, cracking, extracting, or reforming of unfinished petroleum derivatives.
Waterway means any body of water.

Mining means the mining, extracting, producing, handling, milling or other processing of Products.
Forestland means land primarily devoted to growing trees
AT&T MISSISSIPPI means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Mississippi.
Exploration means all activities directed toward ascertaining the existence, location, quantity, quality or commercial value of deposits of Products.
