None of the Seller, Parent Company or Mine Owner has received any notice from any Governmental Authority that any Approvals being sought as at the Additional Stream Effective Date in respect of the Mining Properties set forth on Schedule A, Part 1 of this Additional Stream will not be granted or obtained in a timely manner.
